1. Total price is $----------------------- with full breeding or limited registration rights, defined by AKC (American Kennel Club). Shipping is not included.
2. All deposits are non-refundable
3. Registration fees are the sole responsibility of "Buyer".
4."Buyer" agrees to feed top quality dog food as veterinarian prescribes for the life of dog. "Buyer" agrees that dog will live inside "Buyers" home and will not be chained or tied outside for any length of time. "Buyer" agrees puppy will be trained and socialized as one of the family. Health guarantees terminates if "Buyer" abuses or neglects puppy or fails to have all vaccinations and health examination done in timely manner.
5. "Buyer" agrees to take puppy to his/her licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of receiving puppy for well puppy checkup for health guarantee to be valid. The "Seller's" knowledge and belief is that the puppy is in good sound health, free of symptoms of contagious or infectious diseases at the time of sale. "Seller" neither makes or implies further health guarantee. If "Buyer" believes puppy to be sick, "Buyer" should take puppy to veterinarian of "Buyer's" choice. If the puppy dies within this 48 hour period, a necropsy is to be performed by state department of animal health, "Seller" will require "Buyer" to send the notarized Veterinarian Report with findings to a medical certainty that the death was definitely caused from pre-natal state. "Seller" requires "Buyer to send the notarized vet records by registered mail, along with all the puppy's medical records. "Seller's" vet must confirm and agree with the diagnosis. "Seller" will then give a replacement puppy of equal value and same gender from the next available litter, if vet determines that the puppy died from an incurable or unavoidable reason. "Buyer" agrees not to expose puppy to contaminated areas such as public parks, pet stores, or around other dogs that you don't know to be healthy. This puts your puppy at a higher risk of getting a life threatening illness, until after he/she gets full set of vaccinations. Replacement Warranty terminates of "Buyer" abuses, neglects or does not have up to date vaccinations and fecal records.
6. As of date of delivery,"Seller" has informed the "Buyer" puppy has received proper vaccinations and de-worming, and is of good health. This guarantee does not cover hypoglycemia and/or avoidable problems that could arise without proper vaccinations such as Provo, corona, viral infections, worms, pneumonia, distemper, diarrhea. "seller" does not guarantee against luxating patella, bad bites, sarcoptic mange, ear mites, or stress to puppy or by bacteria that is common while being shipped. Kennel cough is self-limiting and like the common cold must run it course. Full recovery is expected and on its own rights is not life threatening.. "Buyer" is responsible for all vet bills.
7. "Seller" assumes no responsibility for medical expenses, mortality, landlord's disapproval, allergies, temperament, and or any other undesirable circumstances once the puppy has left the "Seller" premises.
8. If "Seller" sells puppy with full AKC registration rights, "Seller" cannot guarantee the male puppy will have two normal descended testicles at maturity. "Seller cannot guarantee the fertility of male or female at maturity and it is impossible breeding success, show success or house
training. If "buyer" purchases Show puppy , the "seller" retains rights to have the "Buyer" name the dog from "Seller's kennel name, and agrees to show puppy in AKC conformation, All expenses will be assumed by "Buyer" to finish dog. "Seller" retains at least two breeding rights of said dog. "Buyer" assumes responsibility for medical bills that arise from the breeding of puppy.
9. The size that a puppy will grow to as an adult is a estimate that is based on "Seller" experience and trait's recognition. "Seller" makes no guarantees as to adult size, color, dissipation, molera or breeding ability (i.e. free whelping or both testicles)
10. "Buyer" will be responsible for all court cost and/or attorneys fees that incurred by "seller" to uphold this agreement. The "Buyer" agrees that if any disputes arise, it will be litigated in Hamilton County, Chattanooga, Tennessee at the "Buyers" expense.
11. This warranty is non-transferable and the "seller" has first refusal if "Buyer" finds that he/she cannot keep the puppy. "Seller" will accept the puppy back or will attempt to place puppy with new owner, without being obligated to refund any part of sale price. It is agreed that at no time will the "Buyer" sell or give away said puppy to another individual to to a dog/humane society/rescue organization or any other way removing said puppy without first notifying the Seller.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:
If we decide to ship a puppy, the buyer will be
responsible for all shipping cost, this includes:
health papers, shipping crate, transporting and airline fees.
The price for the puppy and ALL shipping cost must be paid
in full before the puppy will be shipped. (no exceptions)
What will be needed:
State Health Certificate- $50.00
Airlines fees-$160.00-$350.00
Shipping crate-$25.00-$65.00
Rabies shot-$25.00 for puppies 12 weeks or older.
During the summer months , airline restrictions are enforced when temperatures exceed 85* and will not ship your puppy to your airport.
Total price for shipping runs about $300.00-$400.00
this is due to the rise in cost for the airlines.
If we decide to ship a puppy, the buyer will be
